We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, which is why we want to make the return and exchange process as easy and stress-free as possible.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Returns are free!

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please review our Return Policy Guidelines below.

Return/Exchange Guidelines

To ensure a successful return or exchange, please make sure to return the shoes in their original packaging bag and place them inside an additional shipping box. If the shoes and packaging bag are not returned in their original condition, we will be unable to accept the return or exchange. For your convenience, we suggest trying on the shoes only in a carpeted area. Please note that any scuffs on the soles will result in a denial of the return or exchange.

Any purchase of anklets is considered a final sale, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Important: As mentioned in our return guidelines, the same requirements apply to exchanges. Items being exchanged must be in their original condition, including the original packaging bag and an additional shipping box, to be approved. Contact us to begin your exchange.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

To process a return or exchange, email info@janethshoetique.com  "Return Request" or "Exchange Request" in the subject line. In the email, include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

You'll receive a response from our customer service team within 24 hours with further instructions.

Returns are free! After approval of the return, a refund will be provided to your original method of payment.

Damage and Issues

When you receive your shoes, check them for problems. If they are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away at info@janethshoetique.com and attach pictures of the damaged shoes. We assure you that we will carefully evaluate the matter and do everything we can to make it right for you.

Gift Return

We understand that you may have received your item as a gift, and it may not be exactly what you were hoping for. But don't worry, we're here to help! Simply let us know and we'll be more than happy to provide you with store credit so you can find something you love.
