Return and Exchanges
Customer will have 14 days from date order is received to request a return. The return fee is $5.
Please review our Return Policy Guidelines below:
- All items must be new, unworn, and with the original tags attached.
- There must be no deodorant, make-up stains or reek of perfume or item will not be accepted.
- For hygiene reasons face masks are final sale.
- Shoes must be returned in original packaging bag and must be placed inside an addition shipping box. If the shoes and packaging bag is not return in its original state it will not be accepted. We recommend only trying on the shoes on a carpet area. If the soles are scuffed in any way return will be denied.
- Products marked as *Final Sale* cannot be returned.
- We are unable to process an exchange, but you’re welcome to place a new order and send in your return separately.
How to Process a Return:
- Simply email us at email@example.com with “Return Request” in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email.
- Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Once return has been approved, a refound will be issued back to your original form of payment minus a $5 return fee.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If you received your item as a gift, please reach out and we’d be happy to issue store credit.
